This course provides knowledge and skills to configure device operating systems, troubleshoot and problem solve core service and support challenges, configure and support PC, mobile and IoT device hardware, implement basic data backup and recovery methods and apply data storage and management best practices. Apart from that, the programme will shift participants system thinking towards innovation at early stage. A fundamental paradigm shift from traditional ways of working and learning to be more agile and adaptive with the emerging digital technologies. The programme also prepares graduates with the needed skills in securing a job. This includes resume writing, self-branding, interview skills, communication skill presentation skills, language proficiency & time management.
